Rank skill

i know that no server did such thing , i dont know if is possible ... but i have to say this !

I wish that we can have some books , like IoHs , but other options , like idk...int 5 str 5 dex 5 or aa 3 or anything !
And this books would require rank lvl 36 / 41 / 46 / 50 ?!?

Frist Question : Is this possible ?
Second : Is this a good ideea ?
Third: would u add this in game ? o.O ?!?

nice idea. would make rank usefull at last.

let say liek 5 extra stat on each rank grade ;p

yeah this would be really good idea, because atm these ranks which starts at 36 are totally worthless, some more stat points would be better than nothing
