thats sad admin and GMs dont say anything, holding thing unclear, its already 4 or 5 th day when snow was online and told they fixing last 2 skills, and waiting korean or chinese server team answer or something, but i dont know whats korean or chinese team has to do with with this server.

Today is Sunday, lets see if they decide to add skills all of a sudden. I doubt they will though. They will say "They will be added next week" and that would make it like 5 weeks running on the mysterious next week that never comes.
