i will thint that too, skills supposed to be ingame already, so i think its always been whole BIG LIE.
they even cant repair Burnt Books, already lost 1 book, because boss dropped 2 books and could take only 1 book while another player took 2nd one and i couldnt do nothing just watched how he took it.

we have been told that new skills goin to be availabale on weekend.
this weekend was 3 weeks ago.
gm's log into game and show new skills sometime but for last 3 weeks nothing changed and only gm's can use them. so yea - just load of crap we will get... thats why i decided not to spent single $ until they add skills/fix dc issues.
